Highlands Announces Promotions of Maggie Burghardt and Meghan O’Gara

Highlands is pleased to announce the promotions of Maggie Burghart to Design Director and Meghan O’Gara to Senior Marketing Director. Both have played an essential role in shaping the look, feel, and voice of Highlands’ brand and marketing presence, while supporting the success of its clients across channels and industries. In their new roles, both will report directly to Seth Raley, Partner & President.

As Design Director, Maggie will lead creative direction and execution across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling through visual design. Over her six and a half years at Highlands, Maggie has been a driving force behind many of the company’s most recognizable campaigns, combining thoughtful design with a deep understanding of marketing goals.

“I’m thrilled to step into the role of Design Director,” said Maggie. “I feel very fortunate to keep building on the amazing work we’ve done with such a talented team. This new chapter is the result of a lot of hard work and dedication, and I’m incredibly grateful to be taking it with Highlands.”

As Senior Marketing Director, Meghan will guide strategic marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and communications. With five years at Highlands, she has led efforts to evolve the company’s messaging and connect with audiences in more authentic, engaging ways–bringing clarity, creativity, and consistency to everything from brand storytelling to digital outreach.
