Last week, Highlands attended the 2025 Guest Supply Show in Orlando, Florida, a national sales meeting that brought together key players across the hospitality industry to connect, share ideas, and explore new solutions. The event set a strong tone for the year ahead, and we were proud to be on site in support of our valued partners: West Bend Small Appliances (The Legacy Companies), Raffel Systems LLC, and Avanti Products.
Representing Highlands at the event were Rick Kaufman, Director, Strategic Accounts, and Keri Walling, Business Development Manager. Rick participated on behalf of Avanti Products, while Keri took part in the “New Vendor” event—a dedicated opportunity to introduce new innovations and brands to the Guest Supply sales team.
“Attending the national sales meeting was an energizing way to kick off the new year at Guest Supply,” said Keri. “The turnout was incredible, and the excitement in the room was contagious. It’s always a pleasure connecting with my favorite reps and meeting new faces who are just as passionate about what we do.”
