A UK-based brand specializing in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for modern office spaces. They make unique, modular workspaces that offer privacy and focus within open-plan environments. 

The Challenge

The US subsidiary’s objective was to update the brand and make it more online-selling-friendly for the American market. Specifically, we focused on creating a D2C motion, updating their website, and creating content for online selling on platforms like Wayfair and Amazon. Ultimately, Highlands needed to design and manage a marketing program and workflow to carry consumers through the modern sales funnel.

Highlands achieved a nice growth path for the brand over the time period of our relationship. We also saw a positive return on retail media investment, with the cost of acquisition going down. The brand now wants to engage Highlands to widen their distribution base using our B2B sales team.
